Using the science of self-compassion to help navigate our experience

Cultivating stability, grounding and a sense of safeness

Discovering and strengthening your inner compassionate voice

SATURDAY, 26 SEPTEMBER
MINDFUL SELF-COMPASSION DAY RETREAT

Week 6 – WEDNESDAY, 30 SEPTEMBER
Making friends with our inner judge
Working with the self-critic using acceptance, wisdom and compassion

Week 7– WEDNESDAY, 7 OCTOBER
Finding balance in stormy winds
Using self-compassion for difficult emotions

Week 8 – WEDNESDAY, 14 OCTOBER
Letting in the good stuff
Opening up to happiness, joy and pleasure

Week 9 – WEDNESDAY, 21 OCTOBER
The art of compassionate relationships
Applying the soft (Yin, water like) and fierce (Yang, fire like) compassion with significant others

Week 10 – WEDNESDAY, 28 OCTOBER
Coming full circle
Keeping up the momentum and self-compassion practice
