ONE-DAY ONLINE, LIVE & INTERACTIVE TEACHER LED SELF-COMPASSION & MINDFULNESS RETREAT

Module A: FACILITATING AN EFFECTIVE MINDFULNESS SESSION USING COACHING
Module B: CONNECTING, INTEGRATING AND JOINING WHAT WE HAVE LEARNED
