Month 4 Training Retreat: Saturday 13 & Sunday 14 NOVEMBER – Module A & B
Saturday: Online Zoom delivery, Sunday: Face to face delivery.
Module A: MINDFUL SELF-COMPASSION
Module B: MINDFUL MOVEMENT
The weekend also includes: PEER TEACHING PRACTICE & DEEPENING MINDFUL INQUIRY SKILLS

Month 6 Training Retreat: Saturday 22 & Sunday 23 January 2022 – Module A & B

Module A: FACILITATING AN EFFECTIVE MINDFULNESS SESSION USING COACHING
Module B: CONNECTING, INTEGRATING AND JOINING WHAT WE HAVE LEARNED
The weekend also includes: PEER TEACHING PRACTICE & DEEPENING MINDFUL INQUIRY SKILLS
