Month 3 Training Retreat: Saturday 14 & Sunday 15 MAY – Module A & B
Module A: STYLES AND APPROACHES TO PRACTICE
Module B: FACTORS THAT SUPPORT FORMAL PRACTICE
The weekend also includes: PEER TEACHING PRACTICE & DEEPENING MINDFUL INQUIRY SKILLS

ONE-DAY IN PERSON TEACHER LED SELF-COMPASSION & MINDFULNESS RETREAT
Saturday, 4 JUNE 9.30am to 4.30pm
(Alternative dates are available as these retreats are run throughout the year)
This retreat will be delivered face to face at the Durley Dean Hotel, Bournemouth subject to UK government Covid guidelines)

Month 6 Training Retreat: Saturday 13 & Sunday 14 AUGUST – Module A & B
Module A: FACILITATING AN EFFECTIVE MINDFULNESS SESSION USING COACHING
Module B: CONNECTING, INTEGRATING AND JOINING WHAT WE HAVE LEARNED
The weekend also includes: PEER TEACHING PRACTICE & DEEPENING MINDFUL INQUIRY SKILLS
