(except AUGUST which will also include the Saturday 9am – 5.30pm)

Month 1 Training Retreat
Sunday, 26 APRIL: Programme Introduction & MBSR Teacher Foundations 1, Safety, Ethics & Assessing Patient Vulnerabilities. 

Month 2 Training Retreat
Sunday, 31 MAY: MBSR Foundations 2, MBSR Curriculum Teaching Skills 1, Introduction to Mindful Inquiry Skills.

Month 3 Training Retreat
Sunday, 28 JUNE: MBSR Foundations 3, MBSR Curriculum Teaching Skills 2, Mindful Inquiry Skills 1, Introduction to Therapeutic Group Dynamics 1

Month 4 Training Retreat
Sunday, 26 JULY: MBSR Foundations 4, MBSR Curriculum Teaching Skills 3, Mindful Inquiry Skills 2

Month 5 Training Retreat
Saturday, 29 AUGUST: MBSR Foundations 5, MBSR Curriculum Teaching Skills 3,
Mindful Inquiry Skills 3, Working with Physical and Emotional Pain Skills.
Sunday, 30 AUGUST: Silent Mindfulness Retreat Teaching Skills, Peer Teaching Practice

Month 6 Training Retreat
Sunday, 27 SEPTEMBER: MBSR Foundations 6, Integration of MBSR Teaching Curriculum, Designing you own MBSR Curriculum

This retreat offers us the wonderful opportunity to take time out from our busy lives and take care of ourselves, expanding and deepening our sense of aliveness, compassion and wellbeing. Join us with other like minded people to nourish our minds and bodies. The retreat includes compassion based meditation, mindful movement with Qi Kung, Zen tea meditation and more. Please note that this retreat is for MBSR/ MBCT teachers as well as practitioner and teachers of all forms of mindfulness interventions and approaches. This retreat is also open to the public. This retreat meets the Good Practice Guidelines (GPG) for Mindfulness Based Teachers as designated by the UK Network of Mindfulness Teacher Training Organisations & BAMBA (British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches). Please contact us for the cost of and details.
