THIS IS OUR POOLE DAY-TIME COURSE. ALL SESSIONS are on a SATURDAY

All session start @ 2pm ending at 4.30pm

Class 1- SATURDAY, 28 September

Class 2 – SATURDAY, 5 October
Perception & creative responding

Class 3 – SATURDAY, 12 October
There is power and pleasure in staying present.

Class 4 – SATURDAY, 19 October
Befriending Stress Reactivity – How conditioning and perception shape our experience.

Class 5 – SATURDAY, 26 October
Responding rather than reacting

Class 6 – SATURDAY, 2 November
Befriending emotions and difficulty with self-compassion

SUNDAY, 3 NOVEMBER
Mindfulness Day Retreat: 10am – 4.30pm

Class 7 – SATURDAY, 9 November
Connecting with happiness, embracing life & integrating mindfulness practice more fully into daily life.

Class 8 – SATURDAY, 16 November
Keeping up the momentum and self care routine.

 
SUPER EARLY BIRD special: £175 until 20 August if paid in full.
EARLY BIRD special: £185 until 10 September if paid in full.
STANDARD PRICE: £195 thereafter
Alternatively: £100 deposit to secure your place followed by £95 by 26 SEPTEMBER
