All session start @ 6H30 ending at 9PM
Except Class 1 & Class 8 which will end at 9H30pm

Class 1- THURSDAY, 21 May

Perception & creative responding

Class 3 – THURSDAY, 4 June
There is power and pleasure in staying present.

Class 4 – THURSDAY, 11 June
Befriending Stress Reactivity – How conditioning and perception shape our experience.

Class 5 – THURSDAY, 18 June
Responding rather than reacting

Class 6 – THURSDAY, 25 June
Befriending emotions and difficulty with self-compassion

SATURDAY, 27 JUNE
Mindfulness Day Retreat: 10am – 4.30pm

Class 7 – THURSDAY, 2 July
Connecting with happiness, embracing life & integrating mindfulness practice more fully into daily life.

Class 8 – THURSDAY, 9 July
Keeping up the momentum and self care routine.

 
 
SUPER EARLY BIRD special: £170 until 1 APRIL 2020 if paid in full
EARLY BIRD special: £185 until 1 MAY 2020 if paid in full.
STANDARD PRICE: £195 thereafter
Alternatively: £100 deposit to secure your place followed by £95 by 21 MAY.
