Except Class 1 & Class 8 which will end at 9H30pm

Mindfulness Day Retreat: 10am – 4.30pm (optional half-day)
ONLINE LIVE INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE

Class 4 – THURSDAY, 4 October
Befriending Stress Reactivity – How conditioning and perception shape our experience.

Class 5 – THURSDAY, 8 Octobery
Responding rather than reacting

Class 6 – THURSDAY, 15 October
Befriending emotions and difficulty with self-compassion

Class 7 – THURSDAY, 22 October
Connecting with happiness, embracing life & integrating mindfulness practice more fully into daily life.

Class 8 – THURSDAY, 29 October
Keeping up the momentum and self care routine.

 
 
SUPER EARLY BIRD special: £165 until 20 JULY if paid in full.
EARLY BIRD special: £185 until 1 AUGUST if paid in full.
STANDARD PRICE: £195 thereafter
Alternatively: £100 deposit to secure your place followed by £95 by 5 SEPTEMBER
