Bournemouth mindfulness. Open to the public, everyone is welcome. In this month’s taster seminar we will be exploring the neuroscience of happiness. Mindfulness can help you reduce that constant negative monkey mind chatter that often contributes to stress, anxiety and depression, The evening will help you enhance creativity, emotional intelligence as well as a sense of wellbeing and happiness. There will be lots of mindfulness practices, discussion as well as plenty of tips for daily living. The relaxed venue is close to sandy beaches and the evening promises not only the opportunity to unwind, but also to learn some simple, life-enhancing mindfulness techniques that you can apply in your daily life. Mindfulness is an evidence based self-management technique approved by the NHS and endorsed by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). Mindfulness Bournemouth.

The evening is facilitated by Robert Gebka . Robert is an international author of Managing Depression with Mindfulness for Dummies and has spend five years living, working and training at a Zen Buddhist monastery before bringing mindfulness to the NHS. His style is very light hearted and practical which also draws on his personal insights and experience.
